An Asian multinational is about to set up operations in Estarreja, with the goal of producing footwear for major sports brands, with a focus on exports from Portugal. The Fernando Ferro & Irmão Group, which specializes in precision metalworking and industrial automation, is negotiating the supply of automated production lines for this new factory.
